When we left Australia in January the aim was to get The Netherlands to see the Keukenhof Gardens in flower after 23000 kms overland we finally made it. We spent a lovely day wandering around the gardens and exploring at the bulb fields in the area, it made every bumpy night on a train worth it.. These are our favourite photos enjoy 🙂

What a beautiful collection of images! I love flowers and the abundance of these natural beauties in your photos left me in awe! I particularly love the swam picture with the red flowers – absolutely gorgeous!
It is easy to take good photos in such a beautiful place
Beautiful! I just visited the Skagit Valley one in Washington and I was blown away. It’s such a spectacular display of color!
I think there are plenty of place in the world that have the spring festivals I may have to see some more while we are on the road .
Wow what beautiful flowers we are so close and yet have never been. I think I need to look into this; think we have been missing out. Fantastic photos! 🙂
Well worth the trip if you are close, the parade they have is also amazing floats made of fresh flowers the smell is divine
I always liked the Keukenhof, beautiful gardens there! But what’s even better is when, at the end of the season, some of the area turn into a festival called Castelfest, if you’ve got a chance to go back you should give it a try! It’s a lot of fun!
Thanks for the tip will have a look and see if we can get there 🙂
